The brief
David's Body Shop had twenty plus years of reputation in Kenner, Louisiana, and almost none of it visible online. Body shop customers are stressed and in a hurry, so the site was designed around a single action: the phone call.
Click-to-call went on every page, with proof sitting next to every button — real Google reviews and photos of finished repairs. Each repair type got its own page, which is what carried the local rankings.
